Food options at Cremona will have a casual ambience, our outdoor Flame Food Station serving hearty cuisine, grilled on aromatic woodfires. Also served will be artisan baked goods, from our woodfired oven, evocative of the ‘Four communal en plein air’, of 19th century Europe and earlier. In the gardens you will find our Woodfired Pizza Wagon which will also serve soft drinks, ice cream and coffees.
Throughout the venue, barista coffees are made from coffee beans freshly roasted at Cremona, with our café crème served using fresh Jersey cream as you choose, the true dairy crème de la crème. Indoors, take a seat in the downstairs Sentinel Saloon with its large traditional open hearth and log fire, or rendezvous over a glass of wine and cheese in the Wine Mess, our wines exclusively sourced from Provence, cultivated by veterans of La Légion Étrangère. For gourmet savouries and pastries, reserve a cream tea in the elegant Tea Rooms. We source fresh ingredients where possible in North County Dublin, the ‘market garden of Ireland’ and also offer a selection of fine foods from Brittany and other regions of France, many with Irish links.
